因其他因素提前退房（2/13）,于2月2日已通知旅行社
剩余7天房钱,居然不能退也不能改期再住
我们一年要出差广州好多次,本来对你们酒店服务胜为满意
但经过这一事件
再也不会入住贵酒店
你们酒店真是令人失望
